5 ways to Be the Best Sort of Visitor to Cornwall....

Welcome to CoaST's website - still being added to -  for visitors! CoaST - the Cornwall Sustainable Tourism Project - has been working for some time with tourism businesses in Cornwall  to help make tourism as sustainable as possible - benefitting the environment, the economy and the people of Cornwall. And now we're working to help you - our visitors - to have a fantastic, low impact holiday that keeps Cornwall as beautiful and healthy as she is now!

Our work is based on that fact that wherever we go and whatever we do, we have an impact. Make positive choices, and you can help us care for Cornwall and make that impact a positive one.

Check out our suite of Green Maps for info on what is happening in Cornwall ...constantly updated so it's as useful as possible!

And if you want to support CoaST in what it's doing, you can even make a donation. Your money will go to supporting the work we do to help tourism be as sustainable as it can and even lead the way towards a more sustainable future.   Donations can be sent to CoaST, Penstraze Business Centre, Truro, Cornwall, TR4 8HY. If you do so - thank you! We'll put it to good use.

Help us  post as much useful information on this site as possible to enable us all to work together to look after this beautiful county.  Add your thoughts as a visitor to Cornwall (whether you visit from afar, or whether you live here already and visit others part of Cornwall) by going to the "your ideas" tab under each of our Five Ways to Be the Best Sort of Visitor to Cornwall, on the left.

And.....have a fantastic holiday!

With warmest wishes,

The CoaST Team

Marja, Manda, Jemma, Jacqui and John.
